About Weberwall Blokfix

Weberwall Blokfix is a high-performance, non-refractory thinset mortar specially designed for laying AAC blocks. It is a self-curing mortar composed of cement, graded sand, and polymer additives, ensuring excellent bonding strength and durability.

This ready-to-use mortar enhances construction efficiency, reduces material wastage, and provides a crack-free, long-lasting masonry solution.

Designed for 4 mm bed thickness ensuring efficient material usage.

Plastering after 7 days and chiselling after 14 days.

Application Guidelines

  • Clean the surface to remove dust and loose particles before application
  • Ensure the surface is solid and free from cracks or voids
  • Pre-wet the blocks before application
  • Mix powder with water to form a smooth paste
  • Allow the mix to rest for 2–3 minutes before use
  • Apply mortar evenly using a trowel
  • Place blocks firmly with slight pressure for proper bonding
  • Avoid adding water after mixing
